The Chesapeake Bay Flag Association (CBFA) is a group of flag enthusiasts from the Mid-Atlantic US States (Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia) and the District of Columbia. Founded in 1993 they have been a FIAV member since 1995. Visit their website at cbfa.vexillology.info. We are happy to have their support for Vexiday!
For 2016, three members of the group will be displaying flags from their collections:
- Dale Grimes will have US World War II flags on display on the roadside near his home in Sparrows Point, MD.
- Peter Ansoff will have a display on his flagpoles at his home in Annandale, VA.
- Nick Artimovich will have a display of 14 historic American flags at the Department of Transportation offices in Washington, DC. To arrange a visit, please contact Nick at nicka21045@yahoo.com.
